Jumpstart TrainingIf you are a competent .Net developer but would like a little handholding to get familiar with the telephony world, then our Jumpstart Training services are ideal. We can provide one-to-one training at any location or can facilitate training for multiple attendees in a classroom style environment. Development ServicesIf you have a specific application requirement and don't have the necessary resources to facilitate the development inhouse you may be interested in outsourcing the development to Glorsoft or one of our partners in your region. We provide a complete design and development package, all based on our Velocity engine and the Dialogic telephony hardware environment. Premium Support ServicesWhen you purchase any of our software products you are automatically entitled to routine technical support for the first 12-months. This includes unlimited eMail, telephone and web-based support. We don't provide a guaranteed service response with our standard support however. If you require a guaranteed response time and/or out of hours support then we can tailor a support package to meet your needs.
